We’ve excited to announce a collab with our friends at Aotearoa's premium syrup crafters Six Barrel Soda. They've been shaking up the soda game with experimental batches and flavours that pop since 2012, and we're stoked to be in the same bottle as them here.

This tasty beverage is made with our own Fairtrade organic single origin Ethiopian Sidama, together with Central Otago cherries and a hint of vanilla. It’s the ideal mix for a delightful, caffeinated drink that’s ready when you are.
And of course, $5 from each kg of coffee used to produce this epic syrup supports the work of Joyya, sparking good in places of extreme poverty and modern slavery.
Homemade Coffee Soda and Iced Coffee
Making coffee soda and iced coffee at home is easy with this tasty coffee syrup! The syrup adds a delicious coffee flavor without being overly sweet. Plus, you can adjust the ratios to suit your taste preferences.
Coffee Soda
- Fill a tall glass with ice
- Pour in 165ml soda water
- Add 33ml coffee syrup
- Stir well to combine
The basic ratio is 5 parts soda water to 1 part syrup, but feel free to tweak it. Go lighter on the syrup for a subtle coffee twist or add more for an intense coffee punch!
Note: There may be some sediment in the syrup since it's made with real coffee. This is normal and perfectly safe to consume.
Iced Coffee
- Fill a glass with ice
- Pour in 100ml milk of your choice (dairy, oat, almond, etc.)
- Add 33ml coffee syrup
- Stir vigorously to combine
The ratio here is 1 part syrup to 3 parts milk, but this is just a starting point. You may want to use more or less syrup depending on how strong you like your iced coffee.
The beauty of making these drinks at home is you can easily tweak the ratios until you find your perfect blend! Don't be afraid to play around a bit. Let us know your favorite proportions!
