With 3 localised distribution hubs around Aotearoa, we have the ability to ship fresh coffee to you when and where you need it.

SHIPPING CHARGES (new pricing effective 7 July 2023)

$5.50 for Auckland, Wellington, Whanganui and Christchurch metropolitan regions.

$7.90 flat rate shipping rest of NZ.

$9.90 Rural Delivery addresses

DISPATCH

Shipping usually takes up to 2 business days from date of dispatch.
Some locations (like RD addresses) may take a few days longer - please let us know if you don’t receive your coffee when you expect it!
We dispatch Mon-Fri (except Public Holidays).
Orders must be placed by 12noon to be shipped that day.

P.O. BOXES
We are unable to courier coffee to PO Boxes, please provide a street address when ordering. Thanks.

DAMAGES
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not use the coffee until we have been able to submit a claim to our courier company.

LOST PARCELS
We will issue refunds or replacements for parcels that have been lost or damaged once they have been deemed officially lost by the courier company.

TRACKING
Once your coffee ships, we’ll send you a tracking notification from our Courier company, so you can see exactly where your coffee is.
